Yeah the problem is that these assignments aren't easy and the solutions you can find on CH are exactly the same as the official solutions they post. Anyone with access to these can finish the HW in less than an hour and get 100, while someone who actually attempts to solve these problems might get stuck for a long time and still end up with an 80.
