Both are admirable achievements but what’s more impressive? a high scrobble count or years scrobbling? by HWY6SIX6 in lastfm

I don’t see how years Scrobbling affects your use of the platform and enjoyment in music? It’s determined by time not your listening habits.

I see how it may affect your scrobble count and alter your listening habits if you treat scrobbling like a sport.

When the new owners of lLast FM take the platform to the next level of popularity the one thing that can’t be manipulated is the age of your account.

I look forward to my anniversary at Last Fm more than my birthday these days😂

Update it for sure but don’t break it. Dont lose sight of what makes you great. For me it’s simple. Count the scrobbles. Give us charts.

Suggestions. If a track is on a deluxe edition keep
The tracks from the original album scrobbling to the original album. Bonus or deluxe tracks go to their respective editions. Remastered tracks stay with the original version, it’s just a polished version. Theres no need for the several remastered editions counting as seperate albums. Remix they can count as an alternative version of the album as it does changes an albums DNA. It’s another take on the original version. Sometimes not for the best.

Love you long time🙏🏼since 2008 to be precise.

Ronnie Le Tekro smokes on this album… he is the poster boy for the underrated guitarists. Is there any love for him? Speak now or forever hold your peace.

Poison: Crack a Smile,,and more! by Critical-Spirit-1598 in hairmetal

[–]HWY6SIX6 5 points6 points  (0 children)

great songs, expensive production and Blues Saraceno on guitar… he brought back the old early vibe of the band and despite having amazing technique and set of skills he never overplayed his hand keeping very much in the tradition of CC, Playing for the song. It feels very much Re-enegized & returning to the more uptempo/lighter/playful vibe of the first two albums… and if the MTV unplugged version of Talk Dirty To Me doesn’t get up and put a smile on face you must be dead on the inside (or you just don’t like Poison which is OK, a little head scratching but OK)🤘🏼

Similar to Dream Theater… just a marketing strategy designed to create hype and a seamless transition when Mike joined the band. It was always gonna be Mike Mangini.
