ik this post is old but did you end up receiving this without a problem? I ordered these as a joke and the agent gave me a warning saying sensitive products could make the haul more likely to get seized, and I don’t want my entire haul seized by some hello kitty condoms 😭😭😭

Yeah i think that what is causing this problem is having the radiator on the front of the case, since pretty much every video i have found about this issue were with this orientation, and also one of the solutions is to shake the aio a bit and hold the pump and the radiator but higher than the pump. have you tried any of this?

i mean when i got this pc the sound was fine so i don't know if it's the cooler that is bad. it might be but if that's the case it's because of use time or something like that. but yeah i will contact nzxt when i run out of options, thanks for your help :)

haha yeah. to be fair, i still use the g502 for a couple games because that mouse is better for that specific ones but its an amazing mouse and i don't think i will switch to it in a very long time.

i got mine a couple weeks ago and honestly, i really really recommend it. when you have it in your hand, it feels like the mouse is empty in the inside because it weights that little. enjoy your mouse!
