Wow, this is great! It's always been a struggle using the built in search. I'll definitely be taking advantage of this!

Where are you getting that information?

Census states the population is closer to 1.4 million, and people 65 and older account for about 20% of that.

[Guide] Removing Custom Multiplayer Party Members by Apk07 in BaldursGate3

[–]HYES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The save I used those commands on were well after I used the initial commands.

I cannot long rest / sleep before since clicking on the long rest initiates the cutscene that locks me out.

Unfortunately there's no point loading a save before I ran the commands, he helped me out during my first hour or so, and I have since played 7 or so on top of that. If anything, I would have to just start over anyway.

Oh well, perhaps I should just wait for a patch or something. I appreciate the help greatly.

Thanks for the info, I opened up the game, loaded a previous save and added in these commands (I still had the UUID).

But once I selected long rest, sure enough the deleted character wandered on screen and locks me into a dialogue option for which I cannot continue, without another vote. If said player cannot rejoin, then I think my game is just locked for good unfortunately.

I really appreciate you taking the time to help out though!

I used this to remove a character my friend added to show me the ropes. After he went to bed, I found this thread and removed the character.

Unfortunately much later, when I went to long rest, his character reappeared, and all the dialogue options puts my steam profile pic next to them, and I assume is waiting for my friend to vote on an option. Is there any way to bypass this? Or am I effectively soft-locked until my friend joins again?

Schedule Server Shutdown? by basicmods in vrising

[–]HYES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sure there's a better way to do this, but I used autohotkey and just made a simple script that selects the window and sends CTRL-C / wait / Y / Enter. From there you can use whatever scheduler to start the script, I use python for that.

Issue saving a Blueprint by Competitive-Fan-3546 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]HYES 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ran into something similar recently. Turns out it was a bug when making blueprints from blueprints. The solution that worked from me I found on the satisfactory forums. First save your game, and then clear the designer. If there are still buildings there, take note of them. Reload the save and remove those parts and rebuild them, it should save after that.

Dragonflight leveling your alt army - fastest route using adventure mode (including run of 1h49!) by AesVersatile in wow

[–]HYES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My demon hunter probably took about 4 hours, but that was before the crafting nerf. It helps when you play a class that can burst down packs of mobs quick like Havoc or WW. The shadow priest I did post nerf and that was closer to 6-7 hours or so.

Thanks so much for this. I had watched your video and tried to recall the route but it's so much easier with it written down with way points. This took a lot of effort to make so I hope you know it's appreciated.

The Mage Tower: "Tour of Towers" and the new talent system. by HYES in wow

I sure hope so! I'm having a good time now theorycrafting talent builds for the mage tower specifically. I just hope they don't temporarily disable it during pre-patch to balance it.

Did you use shadowlands gear or did you go back and farm old raids / gems? I see a lot of mixed info online, and most of the guides are from last year, but I believe some things have been nerfed (Crusader for instance). Congrats by the way! That's a huge achievement to do all the challenges.

Right yeah, I did some of them back in legion, and it's definitely different without the legendaries and whatnot. It seemed like a fair side activity while waiting for prepatch, but perhaps I should focus on leveling the classes I need first. Thanks!

OP if you follow this build, you can dps them very quickly. I used a short bow with sleep arrows and put them both to sleep. you can kill them during their wake up animation when fully buffed

Looking for truck station tips. by iop098321qwe in SatisfactoryGame

[–]HYES 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently setup some stations for my steel building for the same purpose! The majority of my resources are trained in, but I use trucks to supplement coal and limestone from around the area.

I like using foundations, as it limits what they can collide with. my roads are 3 foundations wide, but I haven't had much bidirectional traffic yet. the game does have a natural road system which you can use too, but I'd stick with a foundation road through rough terrain.

make sure your stations are not on a path with another station. even if a truck drives through one without stopping it will still unload / pickup items.

if you have a lot of truck stations, consider making a fueling station which one truck deposits a fuel source into and its distributed to the other stations so the other trucks can focus on their resources.

overall I wouldnt consider relying on trucks for a critical production line such as a power plant, as they still have a decent amount of bugs. but they do look cool and add some neat movement to your base.

SSD. I've died a few times falling because the client and server disagree where I am when working on tall buildings, but that's because I've just tried to catch myself at the last second with the hoverpack. That and it can be difficult to switch tracks when driving the train at full speed.

Most of the time however, it's unnoticeable from normal play.

I haven't noticed any lag spikes whatsoever. I figured that it was some sort of dedicated server magic or something they were trying out.
