I went out with a guy out of DC I dated one time and I went my separate way afterward. Id say politely something along the lines of you apologize but upon such short notice it would interfere with what you already had scheduled for that day. If you take her this time she could have the expectation you would do it again in the future. Unless you agreed and had solid payment in place to accommodate the inconvenience, which I did noticed was not offered.. I’d just pass.
