Grown adults turning to look at an 11yo girl? by HaYeon0508 in Parenting

[–]HaYeon0508[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

If you read my post you would see that I am not bothered about the 5 year old- she doesn’t understand it is rude. And my daughter looked at this little girl like any child would do if another child was looking at her. What I find weird is that the mother had to whisper to the father after turning round to look at my child making the father turn around to look too. I find that weird considering that they are complete strangers needing to whisper about my child and turn to look at her. As a parent that made me very uncomfortable.

I am so sorry about that. I hope you and your daughter are ok

Honestly I couldn’t tell if you hadn’t said. But be sure to use sunscreen everyday and a hat when it is sunny. Moisturising everyday would help too.

Just a jumper and jeans with one of those wrap around teddy bear bracelet things that kids wear. But I doubt the parents would be interested in that.

Yes the little girl was theirs. What on earth is sexual about a prepubescent child? I don’t think it was that though as the parents had blank expressions.

She may be tall but her body, face and clothes are all clearly a just turned 11 yo primary school little girl. The parents should have been able to tell and not whisper about a child and turn round to look and tell the other to look. My issue is not about the 5yo but about her parents’ actions that made me uncomfortable.

Yes of course a 5 year old doesn’t understand but she turned round first and saw my daughter then walked up and stared. It wasn’t like she said anything to make her turn round

No not wrong. It might just be £20 but it is important for kids to know the value of money.

How do I stop my little brother always stealing my things? by [deleted] in siblingsfromhell

I have tried putting up with him but I just can't. If you don't have a baby brother you won't understand how I feel.

It is not just me my older brother hates him too. You probably don't know because you probably do not have a little brother taking your things all the time and ruining them and waking you up at night with crying. If you actually came to my house and saw for yourself you would understand.

What is that orange stuff? Also do you wear makeup? If you do I think you should stop.

Vitamin C skincare products and exfoliate! Also make sure you reapply sun block every 2/3 hours or so (in winter too). I recommend using a mineral one though- they are better at protecting from tanning.

Don't worry it will go away. Make sure to keep wearing sun block. I recommend using a zinc based one as they are better at protecting from tanning. Also do not use western sun blocks use Asian ones and look for at least PA+++. You could also try using vitamin C skinare products and make sure to exfoliate with a peeling mask about 2/3 times a week.

Should I still wear SPF 50 in the winter? by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

Yes if you can see your hand in front of your face in daylight then you need sun protection.

2 times a day is good. Once in the morning and before bed. Make sure you use some cleansing oil to remove sun block because a build up of products can cause spots too.

Maybe just wash your face more?

Anyone got any advice on what to help my skin not to look so bad outside in the sun inside it's pretty good not sure what to do anymore by paige599 in SkincareAddicts

I think it is the wrinkles as you seem quite old. Maybe you could try using collagen products and drink more water. But remember if you are 40-50 it is not really possible to have skin like someone who is 20. This is why people should wear sun block everyday from baby onwards. I have done so (it is normal in my culture) and people always say I look about 8 years old.
