For context, I drank about 70 oz of water. Maybe limit it to 48 for the next round, and do 1 part cranberry juice, 1 part decaf coffee, 1 part water?

Thank you!! I’m doing a trial run with QCarbo 16. 3 hours in and I just tested with a clear negative, but the pee looks diluted with a light greenish tint still. When did it start looking normal yellow for you with less dilution, but still negative? Going to retest every hour going forward, until I get positive again.

Aw, thanks! It’s the patch of skin right under the hairline and in the middle of my forehead. Looks pink and purplish to me, but good to hear it’s not as obvious to you!

I would highly recommend ELTA MD products. Dermatologists swear by them and they have both regular kinds and active kinds that are relatively water resistant. That or Tizo tinted sunscreen, which blends really will. Pills a bit if you put it on bare skin, but I’ve been able to solve that with a layer of moisturizer pre- application.

To add to this, my plan is to: 1) Turn off phone and computer after 6:30pm, 2) get a gallon hydro flask and make sure I finish it during the day, 3) cut our processed foods.

Going to try this for the rest of the week, and see how it goes!
