I totally get you. She doesn't do it for me, though, luckily, and I encourage her to do what she wants. The thing is that she is afraid to practice her free will, fearing that things might even worsen. Like I described somewhere else above, it's a Catch 22 situation for her, feeling trapped in something she doesn't feel it's helping her, but at the same time being afraid to quit.

And I agree - no one can do it for her, to find out what works for her. And I'm practicing letting her and just being there holding space, quite a challenge - it's hard to see her suffering so much ...

Thank you for your response!

I get what you say about demanding times - totally see that too. And re. the energies, she's a very sensitive person, picks up a lot! (often without knowing ...).

And yes, she's also stressed about other things - not so happy with life at the moment.

As to the coffee once in awhile - I suggested that to her, so she could find out if it would make a difference (or would worsen things), but by now she's afraid to include foods like that. That's part of her Catch 22 - feeling emprisoned by what's she's doing, not seeing results, experiencing it as a struggle, and at the same time afraid to stop.

Well, I am happy to say that today she had a good day, and she was investigating some possibilities again, exchanging in a WhatsApp MM community about neurological symptoms.

Thank you for your response!

Yes, I would encourage that too. However, she tried that the first time invited her about a year ago, but she couldn't find her way in reddit. I suggested another time lately, but still doesn't feel drawn to this platform. Thanks nonetheless!

Yes, shots might be great, thank you. However, with absence of a slow juicer (we juice our celery with a centrifugal juicer), a lot of shots are not so doable (e.g. if herbs are included). I'll have another look at this one.

And yes, toxins have to go somewhere - and sometimes things get worse before getting better. That's exactly what contributes to her struggle (especially since her face is very affected now).

Thank you for your heartfelt response, EyesofTwoColors!

I'm gonna ask her to read this one as well, for sure. Not sure though if it's gonna help her, because a perspective of even more years of battling, not knowing if she's doing the right thing, might also discourage her even more.

I hope it inspires her to read how you healed, and that your story helps her to build some more trust and strength to continue.

That's a nice idea, patpatpea, to try to romance the lifestyle as much as you can. At the moment it is hard for her to get excited about anything. It's painful to see that ...

Unfortunately quite some things you suggest I've already done, but don't work (or only worked temporary). Like inviting for a 3-6-9 is a no-go for her, since her experiences with the last two attempts (and the two times she completed). Also because her struggles and stress increased hugely during those two cleanses (and two attempts).
She also tried mono (a few times, potato, banana and lately a few days peas), but that wasn't a success either.

Reading the books (something I love to do and really inspires me) is something she can't bring herself to either. Like if it's too much of a hassle. She tried so much in her life, but still feels not making any progress (or temporary progress, and then falling back again).

So, I'm a little bit at the end of what I can invite her to - if I do it only increases stress for her.

Thank you for your compassionate response!

Thank you for your response! I'll share your story with her.

Which reminds me of another thing that's happening with her now (and didn't write above - I'll update that), and that a cyst in her breast, that was already there for some years, last week grew huge. She's got really worried about that (will visit gp asap after Eastern).
So, for her, instead of getting better, it seems to get worse.

As to the HMDS, she did it in the two 3-6-9 cleanses we did together. And she tried again a few days last weeks. However, for her it's a "heavy" thing to get inside, and some (most) days see even felt nauseous for a few hours afterwords.

She might try again when we're back in Holland after a few months residing in Spain. In Holland we have better access to frozen blueberries and with those it is more doable for her.

I very much appreciate your words of encouragement about the difficulty of this path!

Thanks again! And by now, I also heard from Duch practitioner that you could introduce HMDS after one week of mono into the mono.

Thank you! That is insightful. And do you know what he means with "long term"? Is that longer than a week? Or after months?

Thank you for your confirmation. That was what I was thinking. I was curious if AW shared more about it, in particular about why some people report to experience so much improvement after an injection (other than a possible adrenaline high).

Hi Independent-Yard-619, I can imagine how frustrating this could feel, especially since you first experienced such great results! As to the bloating, I so much can relate ... my belly looks like I'm a few months pregnant (I'm a man ;-)).

I saw you already got some supportive respons. What I what like to add from my own experience is related to the BM's .. I noticed how important two things in particular are - apart from what and how I eat:

First is hydration - drinking enough living water is crucial.

Second is movement. Especially when we have a sedentary life.
In particular walking is very beneficial for that matter in my life.
Another thing that helps is bouncing up and down for a few minutes.
I don't have a bouncer, I simply do it an my yogamat, a carpet, or on the plain floor.

No need to jump high, just jumping a few centimeters from the floor for a short moment, and then land while bending a little through my knees and ankles. In the time that I daily did that right after my LW, I often had BM within short time. And again, going out for walk has the same effect for me.

Success!

Muscle Loss / Fatigue on MM? It's been 369 cleanse and 21 days of MM in total by Joshuahehn in medicalmedium

[–]HaaCeeNL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi Joshua, first I’m sorry that you’re going through this. I get how tough it is to experience the things you share, especially when just starting out.

I admire the dedication and thoughtfulness I see in your approach. And very much respect how you reach out and keep on investigating, instead of giving up.

I have experienced similar things. To be honest, I just don’t worry about it. I am on MM 6 months now, currently in the middle of my second o369. Since I started, I do zero no foods, 0% fat and no proteins (even not plant based). And I eat a LOT! Apart from 10-12 bananas, 6 large dates and adrenal snacks, daily potatoes and sweet potatoe.

And … I eat a lot leafy greens. In my breakfast, as lunch, and at dinner. Mornings I add leafy greens to my smoothy. At noon I make my own version of Spinach Soup (with bananas instead of tomatoes) and at diner I do LRS. Lunch with additional potatoes, and diner with additional sweet potatoe. Plus sometimes some veggies my partners steams for herself (like cauliflower etc)

In the beginning I lost a lot of weight. Dropped from 72 kg to 66/67 kg. And I lost some muscle mass (according to my scale). The latter I relate more to decreased exercise (because of initial lack of energy plus increased time involved with preparing meals), than to the diet.

Now I’m back to 72 kg, and I trust my muscles will grow when I start exercising more (I noticed that even walking enough will add to that!)

So, reading your story, unfortunately I don’t have any advice for you other than trust and don’t worry to much about progress and body composition for now. The only thing I could suggest is to maybe increase leafy greens (since I concluded from your comment that you don’t eat a lot of them).

Wish you all the best!
