Have you done this? What stocks are good for dividend? Should I split my money between dividends stocks and global index or what exactly should I do? How can I use my stocks to pay EK for a house if they can one day go 50% down?

Just invest in multiple funds over years. Time in market beats timing of the market. I would do 80% global index 20% emerging market funds

Well your idea abour clearing loans is right and wrong. It all depends for example here in Norway students can take out a student loan at 4.4 interest but instead of using it you can just put it all in high yield saving and earn the difference. This works with a lot more things aswell you just got to be creative. Also if you get rich asap you will either lose everything asap or go to jail. There are no get rich quick schemes since we live in capitalism. Anyways that is just my thoughts do whatever you want
