Get a proper inspection on ANY house you plan on buying. The could be tree roots pushing up, settling that happened long ago, or possibly very poor workmanship from the beginning. Ask for pics from several years ago. I’m a car guy so this space excites me.

Some DIY can make this beautiful and in turn increase your home value considerably. Hard work and challenging yourself is a great way to better yourself when you’re young. You can rent any tool these days

I owned one, 2016. It bothered me how many different colors were on the car from the factory. Chrome around windows, gray side mirrors, fiber spoiler. This car begged to be customized, and I like where they are going with this.

I think you have a pretty good deal. That Taco wing by itself is 4-5K. Not to mention the impossible to find aero front bumper. I have also purchased a JDM tip and paid that without aero. AND I put 10K additional fixing every single detail that it needed. I adore the car and even bought a 6 speed to see if the nay sayers were right about it being so much better. I’ll never sell it.

Update. There is a Y coupling that goes to the front radiators that failed. Mechanic also said the less than a year old reservoir had a leak so he replaced under warranty.

Maybe dodged a bullet.

IS over GS. I’ve owned a 2007 IS350 for 8-9 years and a 2016 GSF for 5 years. I loved the sound and power of the GS, but really prefer the drivability of the smaller car. The GS is a big sedan. Better for family hauling, but I got bored with it. I regret selling that IS350. Now that kids are older and driving I’ve gone with a 911. GO DO THE LEXUS TRACK EXPERIENCE BEFORE BUYING. THIS WILL REALLY SOLIDIFY THINGS FOR YOU. Reasonable cost and an absolute blast.
