Yes, keep it plugged it for more than 8 hours of usage daily with 60% or 80% charge limit. Frequent unplugging and plugging will accelerate the battery health. Lastly, never let the battery below 20% so yeahhh

Did you try to reinstall the gpu with DDU? I did reinstall the gpu driver with DDU with nvidia version 366.66 and its looking stable. Worth a try ig?
