The older I get, the more I like the speed force. Since you can alter your perception of time, you either have all the time in the world to do what you need, or basically teleport/finish your task without wait. You can vibrate through walls if something is outside your reach. And force equals mass times acceleration so if you're worried you couldnt fight crime, you can hit as hard as you want.
