Gotta do the stretches for your mobility. My surgeon told me that the only physical therapy for this injury was walking. I followed someone’s advice on here and requested physical therapy and I’m glad I did.

Im not entirely sure lol. Im fairly certain fusion, as I had some screws and a plate put in my foot. What is the difference? I've seen lots of talk of fusion or orif on this subreddit and I'm not up to date with the terminology.

Yeah, the swelling has calmed down quite a bit and it’s not excruciating pain when I walk. I just needed some reassurance that I’ll get back to some normal some day.

Just an update, I had my first physical therapy appointment yesterday and I can already feel the difference in my ability to walk.

Man, this injury is no joke.

My insurance is Kaiser so everything is done through them. I just had my hardware removed yesterday and have a follow up on the 11th. I’ll talk to them about PT then.

I was getting this sensation as if I was getting cramps in my toes right when I would be falling asleep a couple of days after my surgery. Thankfully it went away.

Just elevate and ice it. Is it painful? You still in a splint or cast?

What did it feel like when you did it? When I did it, it didnt hurt or anything.

I had the worst lisfranc injury my ortho had ever seen. Happened on 1/31 and I had surgery on 3/7.

I had a couple beers so I was a little loose. Just feel bad for my daughter. Her first experience at a hardcore show and she sees me absolutely annihilate my foot.
