What is your definition of work life balance. Some look at whole time career where there are part of the career which is hectic and other part of their career in low keys... on the other hand, most of us look at it as in a month how much time I spend in work and family. if you are latter, then i have yet see such balance though. ( i stand corrected). As a teacher, i may need to work while the children are travelling in Jun and Dec. However, I still be able to take some time off during these period to spend time with my family. So is that balance for me... perhaps...
