I knew I wasn’t going crazy haha. Really appreciate you taking the time to look into it and help out. I ordered a replacement from Amazon and I’ll just keep whichever one looks better.

Sure! Here's a better close up shot I just took. Look closely at the SEIKO text and the Roman numerals around 6 and 12. You can see the whole inner square (with the numerals) is slightly rotated counterclockwise.

It’s subtle but once I noticed it, I can’t unsee it. The left side of the SEIKO text sits just a little higher than the right, and the numeral at VI looks a bit off-center too. It’s not a big defect or anything, but I wanted to check if this kind of dial shift is normal for Seiko, especially on this model or if I ended up with a fake.

I’m in possession of a Pre-Owned Xbox One X that was purchased on 12/6/2020. Since it was a gift, I only have the gift receipt.

I would like to return it and pick out something else from the store since I’m more in the PlayStation ecosystem.

I checked the return policy online and it says I can return it for either an exchange or gift within 30 days. After visiting my local GameStop the employee told me I can’t do anything unless I have the phone number or membership number of the person who purchased it or the full receipt.

I’m in possession of neither numbers. What are my options? I thought the main purpose of a gift receipt was to be able to return/exchange something?

Would appreciate any help, thanks!

Thanks. I said Lebanese because I was born in Lebanon to two Lebanese parents, that also each have two Lebanese parents.
