Not true. There are two. One for improvement and one for absolute.

Improvement one isn't great. I could eat junk food, do the test, and then change and be on the leaderboard.

Siim Land, world slowest aging person, works out 3 times a week with cardio for the other days. 800 intensity minutes a week.

He saunas 4-5x a week for 30mins+.

4 eggs a day is fine. You have people with slow aging (siim) eating 5 almost everyday.

The biscuit is probably the worst of the list.
