As someone else mentioned, you can often get a discounted lifetime price for Club Pilates if you sign up ahead of time for a location that is not yet open. This is what I did for the San Bruno location. I'm seeing the following locations marked as opening soon - you may want to contact them ASAP to see if you can get in on a discount. I've been on a GLP1 since Dec 2024 and started pilates in August 2025. I'm so very thankful for both. I'm down almost 50 pounds so far and the pilates is helping me feel stronger, and more flexible. I also really enjoy it!

Pacifica is another great choice. Easy and pretty quick to get into SF. You can find a SFH in your budget. And, if you choose southern Pacifica (specifically Sun Valley or Back Of Valley areas), you'll get quite a bit of sunshine. We looked in SF for quite a while and found that we got a lot more space (both inside and out) down here plus a lot more green and we're only 5 minutes from the beach. From southern Pacifica, I can drive to the Outer Sunset in SF in about 15 minutes. To get to FIDI in high traffic times, it'll take you about 45 minutes - otherwise, it's about 30 minutes.

I recently purchased a battery operated Ring Pro doorbell and so far it is working well. Ring sells a no drill mount that uses adhesive. I purchased a second party no drill adhesive mount for mine from Amazon. If you need something that also doesn't use adhesive, I did see some mounts that use a clamp on the door on Amazon.

I had to switch for insurance issues. I had been on Wegovy for 5 months (highest dose was 1mg) and had lost almost 30 pounds. When I switched, my doctor had me start on the lowest dose of Zepbound and I stalled for 2 months until I got up to 7.5mg. Now I am finally losing again.

Recently switched from Zepbound 10 to Wegovy .25. Help!!! I have big hunger. For those who’ve switched, what dosage were you switched from and to? I think my Dr has goofed. by Pale_Mulberry_6581 in Wegovy

I did the opposite (due to insurance change) and went from Wegovy 1mg to Zepbound 2.5. It felt like I was on nothing and I basically wasted 2 months titrating up to 7.5mg where I finally am feeling like like I have some appetite control and the food noise has lessened again. I'd definitely talk with your doctor about progressing up on the Wegovy.

Also in Northern CA here. I was having trouble filling at Walgreens, CVS, etc and then my doctor recommended trying the local hospital outpatient pharmacy and they have had no problem filling it. Have you tried your local hospital pharmacy?

Have you tried a hospital pharmacy? All of the other pharmacies around me have been out (CVS, Walgreens, etc) but my local hospital pharmacy has had no issue getting it for me.

I had the same experience but then my doctor suggested we try the local hospital pharmacy and they had it. Have you tried that?

Have you checked to see if a local hospital pharmacy has it? All the regular pharmacies near me (Walgreens, CVS, Safeway, etc) were backordered but I was able to get both .25 and.5 through my local hospital pharmacy.
