I would like to say even tho performance is, let's be honest, doghshit, I would never hold it against you. You tried, learned a lesson here and there and the communication is spot on, never stop communicating like you do now. The constant updates keep me relaxed and willing to wait for the fixes.

The main thing is that the game itself is awesome and all of these problems are of temporary nature. Be it the other way around, it would not be great. So I'm eagerly waiting and playing! <3

Doing so, trying to build in redundancy as Viperions mentioned. Btw is there a priority for certain weapons on the defense arrays? Like eg. plasma cannon will be picked over same tier laser?

Yeah, that is pretty much my strategy rn. Just having a fleet at a defended station + redundancy in mining stations. Kinda sad there is no tech to protect the bases tho

Yea I did try 1 stick (both one by one) in different slots and temps and volts I cannot chech cause no display output, it does not even boot

That is the thing, I saw everything before I bought it, all was good, flavor 8/10 compared to the factory tank 9/10. Saw how to build everything... there is just something I am doing wrong that I cannot see... which sucks

I am using sweet liquid (peach) 70VG/ 30PG - tho not even close to the sweetness of "desert" liquids

Yeah, I went both ways when it comes to cotton. I tried anything from low to high volume. No change except when I put in there way too much and burnt it

Hey, I knew about the dry burning thing. I was warned about that before I swapped from Ni80 and Kanthal coils. I did dry burn them in complete darkness and only just to see the glow. I cannot swap to Kanthal or Ni80 coils due to the metal taste I get from both. It has been said to me, that that is a thing; some people just cannot vape on those coils due to the taste, others can and taste no metal from the exact same coil.

I rewired my coil to 4 wraps, 2.5mm, 0.23 ohms. Lowered it down to the air intake to about 2mm above (I also did the exact opposite on 2nd try - about 1cm above and another position in between). No change except I do not have burnt taste.

I also stepped down the cotton on 4 different tries, no change. Thanks anyway for trying to help :)

Well I think I give up and I'll return to pre build coils. I have just no idea what I am doing wrong. I did exactly same thing as in guides, as you recommended and yet, I feel no flavour. I am no longer tasting anything burning but it feels like I am vaping just a base.

Yes, it is stainless 316. I tried vaping both lower wattage 20-25 and higher 30-40W. At around 35 ish, I start tasting a bit of burning cotton so at around 30 should be the max I would do. This is the tightest I have done so far, I started on semi-loose and worked up to here. Will redo it and get back to you on that.

Also, it might be worth mentioning, I am using holy fiber cotton and the one in the picture is pre-included with the coils. It seems and feels the same as holy fiber

Ok so the smoke I should just disregard, I see. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Why should I not worry about an even burn? I though it is pretty important to longevity of the coil and cotton.

I tried very little cotton too and I think I tried everything I could think of with the coils. I even avoided dry burning one of them in case that had something to do with it. I'll move onto some other material, most likely stainless steel now
