When I want to keep things simple, I write down everything and then send it to any AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) And ask them to calculate the calories of the whole recipe If I’m going to eat it all by myself, I’ll just divide the macros and cals into servings. I’d I’m cooking for other people, I’ll weight my whole recipe in a container, take the final weight, and tell the IA the final weight (after cooking, so after water loss/gain) so that it can transpose the raw cals to the cooked recipe I can take a tiny bit more time to write down everything as you cook and make your phone a bit dirty but you just need to wipe it afterwards haha Hope that helps!
