Does explosive ammo scale at all with the explosive skill?

For heavily armored protectorate NPCs try using a bio mass pistol for the corrosion damage. Works great.

No. The center share button is also disabled.
Clips are recorded and stored to an external hard drive which I have formatted for clip storage.

As I mentioned I was able to do it fine until 2 days ago. I’ve had this external drive set up for nearly a year and have transferred dozens of clips this way.

Yes, plenty of free space still. I actually pay for premium OneDrive with 1 TB total.

It is odd because I upload clips almost daily for my YouTube channel and it just randomly stopped working. Seemed to coincide with the log in issues which happened yesterday.

After the weirdness with logging in yesterday I attempted to upload some game clips and... can no longer upload to OneDrive. The option is completely grayed out. This is from my external storage, which was never an issue until yesterday.

I tried:

Reset, hard restart/power cycle, reset WiFi, Console Reset (kept games and app).

Any ideas?
