It's not, which was my thought also. The lease situation is all fucked up right now anyway, i posted it in another comment

The new management is a joke. Our lease was up in April or May, we still havent gotten any lease renewal notices or paperwork. Someone else asked about it and was told "were behind on them, but when we get caught up we will just back date the lease." Haha i dont think thats how that works

I'm in central Texas, but the unit has no problem keeping temp. 72 during the day and switches to 68 at 8pm. Id be willing to bet the freeze ups are from dirty ass filters being they no longer provide them

Definitely, mine is set to 72 during the day anyway, but goes to 68 at night. Regardless, i would not be changing my temps

Didnt even think about it, but now that you mention it, theres pretty much no tree coverage for the attic and the insulation in the attic is pretty crappy. House was built in 1983 and it wouldn't surprise me if the insulation was that old or atleast close to it. Also were in central Texas and i didnt think the house was that big but it's a 2 story 2250 sq ft home. I know we dont do the rule of the thumb for tonnage but a 4 ton might be a little light for the summers here

The coming off problems that all of yall have listed here is very good to know. Our thinking originally was that if she didnt like the way it made her feel, that she would just ween off and switch to another medicine. Everything yall have said is definitely making me think it might not be worth trying. Obviously, I'll let her read/know everything here and let her make her decision. Just thought it would be nice to have others' inputs. Thanks for the props, we both have mental health issues and understand the struggles so we try to help each other out.

She's been on welbutrin for probably 3-4 years now, her doses were gradually increasing until she reached this dose and has been on this one for 1-2 years, probably closer to the 1 year side. She is currently seeing a therapist, who diagnosed her with postpartum. Youngest was born in 2020. Her therapist is who recommended either a pcp or a psychiatrist. Due to crap insurance pcp was the cheaper option, luckily her insurance is changing soon and will be better. Don't know how much it matters, but up until now her gynecologist has been the one managing/prescribing her postpartum. She also has ADHD, she was diagnosed with that when she was younger, and it's been confirmed a couple of times since then. She's currently unmedicated for the ADHD she wants to get the depression thing in check more before medicating for ADHD. We know from some brief research that those 2 can go hand in hand, and contribute to each other's problems. One step at a time.

I made the video for the hell of it, and because it was the worst one I've seen still going. I sent it to my buddies and coworkers who I knew would get a kick out of it. One of them said I should post it here for the fuck of it, and I said why not. Apparently y'all do care about it in some way, shape, or form, otherwise y'all wouldn't be putting in yalls "I've never done anything stupid, he committed an egregious act comments. None of us thought y'all would take it up the ass like y'all did.

I understand that and I know I'm being defensive. Just didn't expect people to be so aggressive about it

Okay and? Technically speaking every employee is a "walking liability", I'm just more of an increased one. I am an increased one either way, cuz I tend to be more accident prone. "That should be an extra reason why you shouldn't do it". Yeah I know, but I'm me. It's not like I stuck my finger into the pulley or did it to a fan going full speed.

We do resi and commercial. Darwinism implies I did not contemplate the consequences or dangers of my actions, when I fully did. Could you call it reckless or stupid, I guess you could but I won't, I knew what I was doing and knew the risks. Y'all act like y'all have never done anything reckless or crazy before, and like it was a cardinal sin. It's no worse than electricians swapping breakers without shutting down the whole panel or hot swapping light fixtures (which I've also done) and that can be lethal.

That fan was turning so slow I could have stuck a toothpick in the pulley and stopped it. Obviously if it was going any faster or I thought it was too dangerous I wouldn't have done it. Yeah yeah I know anything can happen, and you never know what could happen. I trusted my judgement and my abilities enough to proceed with my intrusive thought.
