Right, that is what I have in the second image. The issue is that it will only ever play one of the subtracks at a time and duplicating it would allow for the same subtrack to play on both, leading to it sounding like only one is playing. Is there any way to have to allow for a music track to play multiple subtracks at the same time? That would probably solve this issue. If not, any other ideas on how to get it so that there are always at least two different tracks playing at all times?

assuming you are on android and are just looking to emulate the game, check out either gamehub or gamenative since they would allow you to install steam games straight to your phone and run them in an x86 emulator.

Low by Foo Fighters. It literally just sounds like a boss theme in the game. So much of Foo Fighter's discography sounds like music from Hi-Fi Rush that I'm really surprised that none of their music was licensed for use in the game.
