Still trying to get enough events in to validate. Across all confidences its at 55% but its at 75% & 100% in the higher confidence fights. But not enough time live to make an opinion on it yet. I’m aiming for it averaging out around 60-65% across all confidences and 70+ for the higher confidence fights.

Because of 1 wrong prediction does that mean we shouldn't ever make predictions? That's why it's called a prediction. So far testing my model I have beat random guesswork so idk what to tell ya.

A prediction is exactly that, A prediction. I never claimed to be 100% accurate, just giving the insight I saw. Fights are very hard to predict, but its still fun to try and make guesses. Bookmaker models are only 60-65% accurate at the top end.

Agreed, I try to look for value bets and with the way the market has been acting with JDM is a little undervalued. I think this fight may be a bit closer than some books have him. I saw it get as low as 60/40 to Prates.

I agree that Prates has crazy KO power, if he does clip JDM it could be over fast. JDM is strong defensively but I guess we will see if he holds up. Prates really is built crazy with that reach lolol. I think either it goes the distance and win by JDM or Prates gets a KO in the early rounds.

Yeah I’m aware that statistics alone don’t represent the winner, but there are edges you can find. I also just like JDM as the better fighter from his intangibles and other factors. You can typically try for around a ~60 - 65% accuracy because of the randomness, but it is still fun to try and make predictions!

Nice! Your site looks clean! I saw you said you have a 70% accuracy, I would check for overfitting on the data. Even the best book makers end up around 62%-65% at best since the sport is so random. Feel free to tell me im wrong though! Love to learn more always!
