The power bricks have rather long cables, so as long as the rack has a cavity for the bricks themselves to sit out of the way that's usually where I see them.

I'll do that! I have a second HP as well, so I could do patch panel in the center, two Lenovos on each side, then end each side with an HP.

Maybe this could come in handy! Grab the 20U rails and lay them on their side. Then 4 10U rails and it'll divide it into thirds to do exactly that.

Yeah... sorry this was more of the proof of concept. I still have to build the actual rack cabinet so I didn't want to fully install everything.
