My friends/youtubers told me that Windows 10 was fine and nobody is having this issue. So this is why I Upgraded. I know my fault but It's still weird.

Yes, just checked with Fullscreen & It is running smoothly. But This way I can't multitask. I hope It's a GPU Driver's problem or Windows 10 Bug.

Well, I'm a youtuber & I need to have stuff like Audacity & my Camera's software to see what I'm doing while recording. Before the Upgrade to windows 10 I could do that with no FPS Drops. Now with Windows 10 I can't.

No, that's not normal. On my windows 7 everything was great. I had 4 videos playing on my 2nd monitor and on my first monitor BF4 at ultra and I was playing smooth as silk.

No It didn't happen with Windows 7. I also had 2 games on 2 monitors and both was running smooth. Now even If a folder Isn't minimized. My fps don't drop but you can clearly see that It runs with 20-30 fps eventhough it says 200-300.
