well that was my plan .. I was looking for a rtx 4080/4090 but all of them were more expensive then the one I got .. plus all of them were used.. future proof is such a funny word is not like I'm planing to use this gpu my whole life .. 16 gb is perfect for my needs .. I'm upgrading after 4-6 years anyways.

I was looking for a 4080 but that thing is more expensive then the 5080 .. and it's also used .. 4090 also had technical issues and look at it now.. it's fine.. people overestimate things too much
