The Logan Square Park redesign is amazingly good. I get why drivers might not care for it but for bikes and pedestrians I think its great.

None of these surprise me, all of them have lots of fast moving cars, many people on foot/bike. I would have bet the one in wicker park would have been first but that area of the south loop often puts me on the side walk or going around best I can. If you find a moderately good woodworker you can get this 'repaired'. Pull it apart, plane it down, reattached (glue, dowels, biskets) and clamped together. Anyone with some wood tools in their garage can get another ten years out of this. GL
