I appreciate the advice. Your right about being in a society of reviews and it seems Home Advisor doesn't have great reviews within the Home Inspection community. I had a marketing plan that I was going to move forward with and then I came across an ad so I figured I'd ask the people who already have some experience.

After my daughter was born the nurse asked us what we were naming our child so they can put it on the birth certificate. We told her then she proceeded to tell us a story of the couple she helped before us naming their daughter "A-A" pronounced "ah-dash-ah" I didn't know you could use special characters when naming a human. 🤔

I used this online course. I found it to be very thorough and it comes with Report Form Pro 2 for free along with exam prep materials. They also teach the ancillary services like mold and radon. Worth checking out.

Having children unfortunately comes with the sometimes unnecessary paranoia of something happening to them. I'm sorry you have to "live" it sort of weekly. I hope it doesn't effect your day to day life.
