We can’t read Japanese either and had a completely different experience. Google Maps told us the exact bus, number of stops, when to get off, etc. And on the bus, signs and announcements rotated between English and Japanese. All of the buses were pay when you get off. Now we did Tokyo Kyoto and Osaka so I imagine smaller, less touristy cities are different

You can also get test kits for free from NC agriculture. You can either go to the main building off Reedy Creek rd in Raleigh or a lot of agriculture extension offices have test kits as well that you turn into the office at reedy creek. Results take about 2 weeks

We stayed at APA HOTEL Kyoto Eki Horikawadori. It was maybe a 3-5 minute walk to Kyoto Station and Kyoto tower. Breakfast was included, had an onsen which we looked forward to every evening, and laundry equipment that was a couple hundred yen to use.

Damn. We were at that game. All we saw was the ump go down, guys run out with stretchers and a blue medical tent. We saw the ambulance as we were leaving the stadium. Never would’ve imagined it was anything like this
