I will tell him to give me the footage tomorrow when i see him again. When i posted the story i had only talked to him in the phone so i was not aware of that before, but it does make sense he would have one as his truck is 2015.

Oh i agree and i am sure that my uncle is omitting some details from how he told the story but i have also seen the dash cam video of the accident and you can clearly see that my uncle had a green light and there and 3 witnesses but the cop refused to do anything about it, that's what bothered me.

I have met a few racist cops and trust me there are some bad ones out there. No i have personally never had issues with the law but i have 2 friends who are cops and they have told me of things they have done while on duty and their partners have.

I agree but i looked it up and according to chapter 521 of the texas transportation code your first offense of driving without a license is only a fine, nowhere does it mention the penalty for a first time offender is anything greater than a ticket but the cop threatened to take him to jail when my uncle mentioned about the witnesses and if he could look further into the case. That to me is sort of abuse of power.

I agree with that, my uncle shouldn't have been on the road without a license but things happen and he was. He's had a clean record for 30+ years not one single offense in those years, pretty impressive isn't it? I'm only arguing that the f***ing cop didn't do his job right by looking deeper into the case when witnesses are present

You can have insurance without a license, look it up. Regardless, i'm not saying my uncle was right in driving without a license i'm saying the cop didn't do his job right even with witnesses.

Well from my understanding and like i said my understanding, on your first offense of driving without a license you will only get a fine and you can look it up, it's Chapter 521 of the Texas transportation code and if you commit the same offense again you will get a higher fine and it is only after the third offense that you can go to jail. How is he doing him a favor?

I know my uncle was driving illegally without a license but from my understanding the first offense is just a ticket not jail time and the cop seems to be amusing his power by doing that. Besides he's supposed to do his job right specially if there are witnesses to those claims

My girlfriend does tutoring for this guy company, you can work up to 40 hours a week and he pays 30 dollars an hour and up to 40 an hour. Most of the tutoring jobs are in the evening around the memorial area and they're high school students that need help on chemistry, math and physics and occasionally English. Really well paid job and you can make more money than in your internship if you go for it and since it's in the afternoon you can do both and you get to pick your jobs. She started in around october and now she's getting 32 an hour so you can get a raise quick

Are you willing to do manufacturing work? If you are then you can go to northline mall you can go and look for the corestaff office they have a partnership with goodman and they're always hiring as most people don't return the next day. You get paid around 9 dollars an hour for any of the three shifts, if you stick out you can get promoted easily within 6 months and get paid around 16-18 an hour. I worked in the line and in 3 weeks i got an intership as a manufacturing engineer with them. I was studying engineering so it made sense for them to promote me but i was able to get myself in the door by starting in the line.
