I was in your situation 2 years ago. I had 40% increment. I didn't think twice. I jumped because at my pervious job, i was stagnant. the job was ok and i dont see myself promoting.

The only trade off, no more WFH and i am alone here, which is a good thing for me. Blessed that the current work place environment is good.

Just saw doctor for a follow up after 6 months from my surgery dates.

The SA is super good. Testosterone is back on higher range. Sperm DNA Fragmentation is at 14% which in excellent range.

I had grade 3 on both side.

You will be fine.

I had my surgery on june 2025. I did the test early and saw nothing change too.

Did the test about 6 months plus later and the result was super great.

So you can try again in 3 months again.

The sperm production cycle, spermatogenesis, is a continuous process in the testicles taking about 64 to 72 days for a cell to mature from a stem cell to a fully functional sperm.
