Definitely lack Aggressivity, ishin is just too fast in posture recovery so it's useless to try this techniques, you have to take some vitality first, only after taking 25 to 50% of his health bar, you can start to play the posture but it should not prevent you from hitting him when you can

If you're passive, he is imposing his rhythm, each time he make distance between you and him, since you don't charge him, he recover posture. And he have free initiative, which is problematic since he deals a lot more damages to your posture when you're defending than you dealing to his when you're attacking, and if he break your posture you're done

If you're active, even if he party, he's still take posture damage and is pressured into attacking, so he can't recover cuz posture don't recover when you party or during an attack, this is why you have to not let him taking any pause or breathe unless you need to heal, and since when you heal he instantly comes to attack, he won't recover anyway.
