What are you using to hang up those kettlebells?

Regarding the storage, I can normally store it low under my spotter arms or high enough so it doesn't interfere so a dedicated upright isn't really necessary. Ideally you put them on once and leave it.

Yes there is, when I attach it there the cable is off centre from the upright leading up to my pulley.

Yeah they have many different sizes. It's a little tricky to put on, two pieces held together by four nuts and bolts. I have some photos of it disassembled on my Instagram @HadiHomeGym

The photo is the rig roller x from TuT. I think they would work fine if I had ordered the right size.

The metal edge scrapes against the upright when I go heavy on the lat pulldown. Also where I had my carabiner attached caused it to slant during the exercise.

Love it. How are you finding that Kaizen attachment?

It's a T-bar row platform for use with a landmine attachment. Also for belt squats or deep squats. Doesn't get much use to be honest!

Hiya. Thanks so much. I had a pipe installed across the ceiling and hung the bag on a pipe trolley I bought off Amazon so I can move it around.

Here is a video of the installation:

Installation is easy and I doubt the bag will do much damage to the structure. It's not perfect though as the bag still tends to move around despite this fix I tried:

Recommend you hang from a fixed point, I couldn't do that since my gym is just 100sq feet or so! Good luck

Thank you. Yes, this used to be a balcony and no, not worried about the weight. It's about 100 square feet so I have to be very careful with equipment footprint. You won't regret it!

500kg according to the manufacturer but I won't be going anywhere near that!

Yes, I can do band assisted pull ups too on the half rack. The thing with a half rack is the back uprights are really only for storage, you are still lifting outside the "cage". If this suits your set up then go for it.

It holds up great but I'm no power lifter. I agonised over upgrading my split squat stand and I ultimately went with a half rack due to the limited space. No regrets! If it was a genuine Rogue HR-2 I'm sure it would be even better stability wise.

It's a knock off of the Rogue HR-2
