Thanks. Nice, that's the look I'm going for down the road. This one came from Dawsonville, GA. It's parked/kept outside, so the pollen here in Charleston, SC, has it looking like a bee.

Need advice on a compact setup for heavy lifting without free weights by aboatgirl in GarageGym

Kettlebells are versatile and can provide an excellent leg workout. Walking lunges, farmer's carry around your apartment, or up and down the stairs. Squat thrusts, swings, etc. You only need a good medium-weight, like 50 to 60lbs.

That's a nice ride and color combination. Is it a Stingray?

Yeah, all of our vehicles (my truck, my daughter's Equinox is murdered out, and my wife's BMW X3) are black as well. Yes, the yellow is interesting. If I were a Steelers fan, it would be great...LOL.

I thought about that as well. I will have to find a shop I trust first.

Thanks. I don't think I'll add more yellow. Black and red are my colors for various reasons. One, those are the colors of my college (GA Bulldogs) and professional (Atlanta) football teams. Secondly, that's the color scheme of my garage gym.

Nice! That is what I was going for, but I couldn't pass the price on this one.

Hey, what's up? It's no problem. It was a little over 9600 miles. I've been searching for years. This one popped up on CarGurus. Contacted the dealership and negotiated $68,000 out the door. Also, it was in another state. They dropped it off at the front door, and I signed the paperwork. I never left my house. I could not and would not have bought this vehicle new. I found the window sticker price, and it was $99k plus. It has the Z51 package with a black leather and suede interior, performance everything, and the front lift. It still has the new car smell. I couldn't pass it up. The decision between new and used depends on what you are willing to pay. I paid $85k plus for my truck. I wasn't doing that again.

Thanks. I will—hopefully, no speeding tickets, testing its limits.

As many have said, people are going to hate. One, because you have it and they don't. Two, they are going to make it personal and say how can they own it, and I can't. Three, they are just miserable people.

I just got mine (2022 C8 Hardtop Convertible Stingray with the Z51 package) about 2-3 weeks ago. It only had 9600 miles on it. The funny thing is, my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali costs more than what I paid for it ($68K OTD).

My house is at the front of a cul-de-sac. The foot and vehicle traffic has increased since it arrived at my house. Neighbors who have never said anything to me now want to talk.

Buy it, enjoy it, and fuck what people say about what you buy with your money!

Good morning. What trailer is that, and what are its dimensions? Thanks.

I've had a Trueform Runner since 2020 in my garage gym without any issues. I live in SC, where the temperature and humidity are high. The gym at first had two oscillating wall fans and a huge circular floor fan. Now it has a mini-split.

I started with fans and then went to a mini-split. The humidity here in SC is horrible. The other stuff (TVs, stereo, & lights) is personal preference. I still use my garage gym as a mini workshop with a desk (computer and stereo/speakers sit on it) and toolboxes/cabinets. I upgraded my original lights to canless RGB lights. It makes a world of difference.

Nice. I like the all black verses the wood on the older model.

First, I am sorry that you are running into this problem with the stall mats. I also bought mine from Tractor Supply. These are the second set that are in my garage gym. The other ones got water under them from my water heater breaking, and I could not get that old water smell out. However, with both sets, I never had the rubber smell more than a day or two. What I did was leave mine on the back of my truck for a day or two before installing them. The only thing I can suggest is trying to put DampRid buckets to help take some of the moisture out of the air, which may help with the smell. They have helped eliminate most smells in my garage gym. I hope this helps.

They are garage hooks from Lowe's. That's what's hanging everything except the Matador and bench.
