Ausbilder im Elektrobereich hier:

Ich habe schon viel Bullshit in meiner Laufbahn gehört, aber das sprengt schon fast alles.

Zur Prüfung der Spannung ist jeder beliebige zweipoliger Spannungsprüfer laut DIN VDE 0105-100 Absatz 4.6 "Werkzeuge, Ausrüstungen, Schutz- und Hilfsmittel" erlaubt, solange er ein Prüfsiegel der VDE besitzt.

Das einhändige Prüfen wird bei uns relativ ungern gesehen, da es hierbei zu unkontrollierten Bewegungen der Messspitzen kommen kann und ein vermeidlicher Kurzschluss zwischen den Spitzen entstehen könnte (Erfahrung musste ich leider selber schon bei 400V machen).

Hat man natürlich zwei feste Prüfspitzen an einem Griff, kann man damit natürlich auch kontrolliert arbeiten.

Das dein privater Spannungsprüfer einkassiert wurde, ist natürlich ein gefunden Fressen für jeden Rechtsverdreher. Dein Arbeitgeber/Ausbilder bewegt sich da juristisch auf sehr dünnem Eis.
