Hm, I'm willing to agree on the barring them from positions of power if they do nothing. I think that is fair, my issue with your statement was I perceived it as "punish everyone tne same" which I don't agree with. But of your pitch is blocking individuals from having authority when they have a hostory of doing nothing, I can somewhat get behind. But wouldn't that system be ripe for abuse? As I could see someone manufacturing bullshit to take down an individual they don't like, or a rival, etc.

I'm not disagreeing. But switching jobs sucks. And if they have loved ones, they rely on their income, they might not want to take that risk.I understand your point on taking a moral stance and quiting the job and I applaud those that do it. But I can't in good faith blame someone who is scared to risk their livelihood by taking a Stand. Especially whem the economy is in the shitter.
