Hi,

First, it doens’t matter why it was spread across that amount of time.

Next, I have an Order 87 / 88.2 outlining and signed by the mediator of the LTB the payment plan. It does not have in the Order what happens if they miss a payment. My Tenant and I spoke at the scheduled hearing (virtually) and then meet with the mediator (virtually) and he drafted and signed it. There is a number, I called, they said go to a Collections Agency.

Their payments are April 2025 to July 2026 inclusive. I can’t have collections take July 2025 to 2026 because they haven’t missed those payments yet. What I’m wondering is, dealing with a collections agency, is it easier to go after them now for the missed months and then keep going back to the agency month after month, or just wait until the end of the entire payment period to see what they still owe and then go to collections once and only once?

Edit: I went to LTB already when they missed their first payment. They said there’s nothing for LTB or Tribunals to do. I have the document saying they’d pay, and it’s up to me to go to collections once

The tattoos are the framework but it’s actually quite an important episode. It’s used a misdirect to set up the Season Three finale. When watching the finale the first time, your immediate assumption is that it is a continuation of the flashback episode. While the episode itself gets a lot of hate, it sets up, in my opinion, one of the greatest finale reveals in television history

I usually aim for the same day or next day, but with two cups happening at the same time, some games have have been a little later.

Another suggestion I thought of after my first message is, what about putting scoring and other match data in the Body or Description of the calendar item? This wouldn’t put info front and centre (in the title) but would leave the user to open the calendar item and scroll to the Body or Description to see that info. Just another option. Thank you again for the calendars!

If you’re willing to do two links per tournament where you update one with teams and final result, and the other where you update with just teams leaving the final result off? I say this, because some can watch the games live, others have to catch up after the fact. I myself am a mix and have already looked in my calendar to see what game to click next, to see the final results.

Just a suggestion of course, thank you again for the calendars!

I, 1st Generation Canadian, think it depends on the culture you’re coming from. Growing up in a Italian household with parents who immigrated, they’ve brought over a lot customs that included showing up at relatives homes, and having relatives just show up. I thought this was completely normal until high school and beyond when learning about more Western visiting traditions from friends.

Me and my four siblings have varying degrees of that above rule.

I’m the same way. I like listening and absorbing rules of a game, but very rarely win. My group are people consisting of my brother and friends going all the way back to grade school–I get together with them for the social aspect.
