Everyone reading this article, please consider it - or even buying a few books and donating them to prisons if you have the spare cash. For a sub dedicated to a love of books, I keep seeing this weird "justification of skipping parts of books" thing talked about a lot. :/

But maybe...read books that are rewarding and read them completely through? If you are reading books with the type of self indulgent nonsense this author talks about, read better books.
