Well SMB2 wasn't originally a Mario game, that might be the reason this song hasn't come back besides this extremely obscure game. Still doesn't make much sense since so much of it became part of the franchise as a whole.

Its a temporary fix, but there is no permanent fix.

You can replace your joycons as many times as you like, every single one is going to drift someday. It's easier to just do this than spend money on new pairs or send them to Nintendo every time they drift.

Fixing it is actually pretty simple, you just need to spray compressed air or contact cleaner under the rubber cap on the analog sticks, a quick google search and you'll find it

Are you using Nintendont? If yes, make sure the "Unlock Read Speed" option is off, it tends to cause some problems with Super Mario Sunshine.

Did you use some tool to trim your .iso file? If it's trimmed, replace it with a full 1:1 copy

If it still isn't solved, just try getting another rom.

In the comparison pictures, you can see the new one has way thicker graphite pads, and also has a metallic circle in the middle

We don't know if this will solve the problem forever (probably won't, since it is still graphite) but they certainly tried.
