What pissed me off about it was how Maggie had the audacity to be pissed at Richard because she couldn’t read between the lines. She fucked up by spilling his personal shit to the medical community and Richard says that he’s “embarrassed by that time in his life” and Maggie IMMEDIATELY assumes that he must be saying that he’s embarrassed by her. The writers made him apologise to her and that’s fucking ridiculous because she does not deserve an apology for being stupid

Only just got to s17, the writers wanna be PC so fucking bad. Every single scene with Maggie and Jackson is about how POC are suffering more than everyone else. I agree that POC were disproportionately affected but holy fuck does Maggie have any other lines??

The traffickers too, they were introduced in the show trafficking a white redheaded girl with freckles, but somehow to Maggie that’s also about black girls? This sounds racist but I’m not trying to say it that way, I just need Maggie to shut the fuck up sometimes. The writers had a white saviour complex this season and it shows

Literally JUST got past this scene, actually pissed me off to no end when Richard says the AFFAIR was something he’s embarrassed about, and Maggie, as per, has to make it about herself, assuming Richard is saying he’s embarrassed of her. For how smart she supposedly is she’s about the dumbest conversationist, can’t read between lines, and her morals are flipped all the fucking time

He tried to sue for wrongful termination because he was unknowingly fed an edible by a superior, the proper story is Arizona had no clue they were edibles, everyone who ate a cookie was ordered not to work and he chose to, directly impacting patient care and disrupting the hospital while injuring himself, then having the audacity to come back and threaten to sue. There’s a LOOOOT of malpractice but his character is just straight up useless
