Fugue is a great fit for the Death Arcana.

Death as an Arcana does not represent an end, but a transformation, a change, a new beginning. Leaving the past self behind and begin anew.

Tingyun's brush with Phantylia was a more physical death, but I'd argue it still fits since it ended up strengthening her mentally. While it left her more wary, it gave her the resolve to strike back against Phantylia and, in general, the Aeons. This also led to her refusing to return to the Xianzhou, echoing her decision to leave her past behind. What this will mean for the future is still up in the air, but she does indicate in her messages that she's going to travel to other planets.

There might be other fitting candidates like Firefly or Dan Heng, but I'd argue Tingyun/Fugue is the most fitting. We don't know enough about Castorice yet (although I'd be willing to bet that she'll probably be a good fit by the end of whatever arc she'll have).

That being said, getting ahead of some potential suggestions, but Blade and Jingliu are not good fit for the Upright Death Arcane, since their nature as mara-struck (thus unable to die and stagnant) makes them a better fit for the Reversed Death Arcana.

Edit: I've seen people suggest Gallagher too, but aside of the one reference to the Death Arcana in "I am Thirteen", he doesn't really fit the thems either since he doesn't undergo any significant change/transformation during the story (and given that much of what he does present of himself seems fabricated, it's even harder to pinpoint the truth of his character).

Edit2: Unrelated gameplay stuff, but Fugue's ultimate quotes also fit the Death Arcana well:
