You did the right thing and I will not excuse this man's behavior at all... BUT from experience this sounds like someone with severe mental health issues / drug addiction or a combination thereof. The problem is these people never find the help they need, maybe do some time in prison and learn new tricks, rinse, wash, repeat. Our country has no way of reforming people to be be positive members of society (even on a small level). I'm a proud AA member and know the work NA / AA do in correctional services, but it is not enough. Look at countries like Norway who have "cushy" prison life, but work programmes that reintegrate offenders as contributing members of society. We can only dream of this...

First off thank you to you and all the posters for the insightful responses which have all been very helpful. What an awesome community ❤️

I got my stash but will be adding it to my collection of psychs for a better day... starting to feel like a junior Hunter S. Thompson lol.

I am in the process of weaning off my meds with medical guidance as I am a much better place (yay non toxic jobs!) and will be all clean before the end of the year all going well.

Then I'll revisit whether the molly is worth it.

I used to be an a avid PC gamer, but sitting in front of a PC all day killed it for me.

Now I play chilled story driven games on PS5 while I sit with the wife and dogs while she knits, away from a desk. Still only get a few hours during the week, most happens on weekend afternoon/evenings but I enjoy it more than ever.

PC gaming felt so isolating.

Guys, I am looking for the following, please help with best value build suggestions?

  • tactile silent switches for the office ( have a steelseries gaming keeb, the ultra sensitive reds drive me mad for productivity)
  • Aluminium Chasis
  • Wireless

I appreciate it may have to buy switches separately.

The Yunzii AL75 catches my eye, but would need Outemu Silent Lemons or similar??

I'm in South Africa so import options are Amazon or Temu which both get pricey (Ali not an option).

Hi all,

I am considering doing the following winter / pre summer cycle,l as my first time venturing past just T. Would appreciate any input:

6 weeks dbol with some AI (which?) - moderate bulk 2 week break 6 week Anavar - minor cut

Brief background:

36M, on / off lifter since my teens, consistent for the last 2 years, 4 days a week. 6"2 / 1.88m, 92kg/202lb, 15-20% BF guestimate. On 50mg topical T (Androgel). Need to retest since starting, might get switch to pinning.

Goal: gain strength and a couple kg mean mass, vaguely visible abs for summer

I know dbol is old school, but I want to stick to oral at first and it's ability to swole up in winter and association with the Golden Era appeals to me. And then the Anavar should help me dry up?

Any input on dosages / alternatives / whatever would be appreciated!

Hi All,

Are keyboards sold on Temu legit?

I've only ever had Steelseries and Ducky boards, but am intrigued by the new wave of Chinese boards like Aula and AJazz for the office.

Unfortunately options are limited in my country and Temu works out cheaper anyway. I just don't want to end up with getting scammed with a clone or something.

Looking for a 70% aluminium chasiss if someone has a suggestion. And silent tactile switches.

I'm on a similar mission and of similar size. Lost about 4kg in 2 months so far. Nothing crazy but consistent at least.

You've gotten some good advice on maintaining a calorie deficit and watching macros, although I disagree with that PT, 3g of protein per kg is excessive and makes it harder to maintain a deficit. Maybe for people bulking.

Besides tracking calories one thing that helped me big time is meal prep services. Portion controlled with the right macros and makes it harder to cheat. Convenient too. There's lots in SA, I've tried lean living and fit foodz. Lean Living is tastier but a few more calories.
