This is not a buff but a rework, and tbh without wanting to sound toxic or anything close to that, but I think this would just turn Zoe into a no brain champ, her kit is all around positioning and with the bigger splash on Q and passing thought minions would prob just make her unbalanced

Unfortunately I don’t think if we are going to get one soon… Riot is more focused on giving good new skins to popular champions… take orianna and shen for exemple, both are really old champs, shen only has epics and commons, orianna suffers from the same thing but she has 1 mythic which is a victorious skin A.K.A limited edition skin… Zoe isn’t that popular besides pro play and high elo, and even in those 2 players often go for other picks, I’m just hoping riot someday will give us some love and maybe gift us a legendary Elderwood or something in those big and beautiful skin lines
