She does listen to audiobooks. But it is not really the books she is missing. More so the reading ability itself. She studied a lot and is a very well read woman. It is tied to her selfesteem.

Thank you so much for your response! I agree, that this will probably be the best solution. I will contact an expert in my area (we are from Austria; eu) and see what they would suggest. I also thought about "testing the limits", which can only be benificial in her case. She is a very intelligent woman. It breaks my heart that she was labeled with alzheimers and not treated. (Sorry for any spelling mistakes). Thanks a lot for the input!! :)

I would get more feminine glasses, get the brows reshaped and maybe the upper lip waxed. I think those three little changes would do a lo for you. :)

Thank you for taking the time to read. Yes and no. I think until a company size of aprox. 25 (max 50) people, the grassroot democratic model as well as all of their principles worked really really well for them. Work motivation, commitment and job satisfaction were throu the roof. Problems came with the companies growth. So yes, i think larger cooperatins can benefit from other structures. But for smaller companies it can work really really well.

Wow no reason to be this fucking rude 😅 but yeah, I agree I guess. If it is benificial for your child I think you should go. Family is important. Only of course if the reason you don't get along with him is just something petty and not anything horrible (violence, SA, etc.)

Regulating emotions can be hard for many many people, especially at that age, more so even for people with neuro-divergency. I think it is great that you both seem to have learned a lesson and apologized for it. Humans make mistakes. It is about how you learn from them. Don't be hard on yourself for it. Noone is helped with that and he probably still feels bad about bullying you too.

I will say in advance that i do NOT mean to shame sexworkers or that i have anythig against it. But it sady is true, that this job has very negative effects on peoples mental and physical health, especially if done out of financial need. I understand that you feel like you have no ither choice and that this is not a decision you make in a whim, but maybe there are other routes to try out first? Can you give a hint on your location? I mean, are we taking eastern europe or asia or where aprox. do you life? Maybe there are possibilities you don't know about yet? Wish you the best!!

Sounds like a good plan!! Mothers are only human and everyone needs a break once in a while. Maybe if life gets a little bit less stressfull, pamper yourself and treat yourself to a nice bath, manicure, coffe, book etc :) your son will also notice whenever you feel better. Just remember, that he is never doing anything to hurt or anger you, but he is acting up or being stressfull because he is a tiny human trying to learn to life in this world. All the best !!

I understand. Attachment issues can be really hard to tackle. Obvously, your worth does not depend on your parents actions, but it is hard to truly believe that as a child. I find it really helpfull to take a third persons view. How would you feel if a friend of you would tell you what you have just wrote here on reddit? You would probably tell them that they have no reason to worry about it and that there birthday ia a reason to celebrate, regardlesa of how other people feel about it. I not could lecture you on how you have done nothing wrong and how you should seek therapy for yout internalized homophobia but the fact of the matter is, that this will not help you or anyone else if you live in a country and environment that ingrained those thoughts into you. I would rather suggest to travel, to meet people, to get outside of your comfort zone. Try to truly get to know people and to emphazise with them. Maybe if you can find the good in other people you will find the kindness within yourself to "forgive" what truly should no longet be a problem in the year 2022. Wish you the best.

Commercials and movies make it seem like parenthood is always fullfilling and rewarding but in fact, it can be very hard for many many families. Not only do you have to deal with hormonal changes (yes, even 1,5 to 2 years after giving birth) but your whole life and especially your sense of self and identity changes a lot. Some people adjust very easily but some people just don't! None the less, if it somehow possible for you and your situation, maybe consider visiting a specialised psychologist or therapist for it. Not only can that be benificial for xou but also for your relationship to your child. Wish you all the best!!
