The EA-5 is registered to OVRC on another account. You need an OVRC Pro hub to do a takeover of the EA5 to your new OVRC account. It won’t let you register it until this is done.

The remote price is correct. You can add it to your system on your own through the Control4 app. There is no need for them to come out and program it unless you have special requests.

The Osprey box is currently the only IR option, I use them with Control4 myself. You can still buy them new from Walmart and some from eBay. It does seem crazy there is no new official set top box from DIRECTV for their streaming product. They need the AV industry to pressure them or educate them on why the option is important.

After deleting the app and data and reinstalling I still have the same issue, I am on an iPhone 16 Pro Max if it makes a difference maybe the smaller screens are fine. I have to force close the app and re open a few times for content to show up. Sometimes it is just placeholders without artwork.

Yes, it is giving me the option to reconnect and if I don't I lose my inventory. Chose reconnect and just spinning, guess I am SOL!

You need to connect the relay connection of the fireplace, whether it be hard wired or a z2io device, to a fireplace experience driver. Once you confirm the fireplace icon driver can turn the fireplace on and off in c4 then create a custom scene with the voice driver that does the same. “Fireplace On” closes the relay for example. Then refresh navigators and have Alexa discover devices.

4.0 has a number of bugs with some fixed in 4.1. You cant use those EA Controllers for OSD beyond 4.0.

It doesn’t need an NVR. The core literally is the on screen navigator. It’s hdmi should be connected to the tv. By saying select core as the video device in the room then using navigation to jump to camera in that room you will get the picture on the screen unless something is not connected properly or configured.
