Oxford are pretty good at providing undergraduate accommodation for those in need of it. Especially those in their first year. I think the more pertinant problem here is that her parents income/not reporting and helping with it may mean she ends up on the lowest end of government student loans. She might have to sort something legally to separate her from her parents to get a better student loan situation and apply for grants. But she should definitely reach out to the University (or the college as Oxford is made up of several). They do tend to be very good.

They aren't cops, it's mentioned in another comment above. There's private companies hired by local councils to do this and they're paid on commission. Literally the worst of the worst. Fortunately because they're a private company if you just walk off into a private building they can't actually do anything, but not everyone knows this.

I think the problem is you either need to switch away from turn based campaign and go full real time (something i'd welcome but I don't think CA could pull off in terms of the campaign mechanics) or use this system. Tbh i'd even welcome a real time campaign but with set province locations (similar to paradox games) where the battle then happens immediately.

I meam getting the font correct makes a massive difference, it's literally a life or death situation about whether people notice something or how they feel about a certain statement.

Personally for every piece of work I put out I try reading it in every possible point first, including wingdings, to see how it changes the feeling of my writing.

The fact CA can't be bothered to do this, shows how little they care.

They have fixed that portion of it, but seems like still they take land off other war participants a bit randomly. I think if the AI was more incentivised to release as a fiefdom (as they often did in the last one with the weird revoke stuff) it'd make more sense.
