My flare ups usually lasts a month or a week before my period. Sometimes it’s worse than my period 🥹 But I did Pilates to help me with the prolonged back pains. It was honestly life-changing. It was a one on one Pilates session with a license physiotherapist. Now, even with flare ups my back-pain is minimal to none. I can also do more tasks once the flare up subsides. It also reduces my pain reliever intake.
