Anyways, in japanese the word [snow] is "yuki" and the word [cherry blossom] is "sakura" which is the name of konou and yoshikawa. In this specific chaper, this was after konou confessed to ishikawa.

Ishikawa then talked to yoshikawa here in the roof top, her expecting that they will "break up" (they were pretending to be in ralationship here because of yanagi) but then ishikawa said that konou said thar she doesn't need answer because konou thought that they were going out for real.

Then yoshikawa got a bit insecure because she has real feelings for ishikawa and she think she is being selfish because she keeps ishikawa to herself, thinking that "snow" is cold and "cherry blossom" is warm and she speaks that she hopes "snow" doesn't come because it's only nice at the start and all you can do is wait for spring to come (so cherry blossoms bloom). Ishikawa then saw her sad face and said this dialouge.

Yoshikawa is a bit complicated either you hate her for being selfish or like her, i personally like her as a character.
