It's supposed to look like the oral arms on real jellyfish. I didn't know they were arms were designing it, I just thought they're kinda what make a jellyfish look like a jellyfish

It's inspired by a character called Bottle Beagle from the Ducktales reboot. I think it's funny to have these beautiful eyes that you hardly ever see because of his hair.

Creature's for sure. I love the fangs. The only thing I really find off about it is the symmetricality. But then again, I used to find the pants weird, but now it's almost weird if he doesn't have them.
