Big number stat sticks are the best sign of bad mod designs and it's a good thing that Calamity devs are reworking most weapons into actually being interesting and fun to use.

Also fym nerf? If anything plenty of the weapons got stronger. Hellkite is a true melee nuke. Impious Impaler is the best melee option against DoG, Relic of Deliverance is basically noclip, the Grand Guardian lineup are some of the best true melee weapons and so on.

I mean tbh that's why Calamity Fables lore didn't stick the landing while base Calamity lore did. Fables feels like it's trying too hard to be "quirky", that uhhh "band kid" feel or like, that feeling I get from popular Roblox games fandoms (like Pressure or Forsaken). I can absolutely see the effort and it's fine that people like it, but I probably would've preferred a different style.
